If you have lost access to your e-mail, this is the process to change it.
1. If you do not have funds on your account, you can easily start over by register on our website with your new e-mail address.
2. If you have funds available on the account with your old email address, these can be transferred to your new account by sending us:
- A description of which account you wish to transfer funds from and to which account you want to transfer funds to.
- A copy of a valid ID
- Selfie when you hold valid credentials in front of you
- A letter showing your registered home address. For example, this could be any documents from Altinn or a invoice.
Once we have received all necessary information to our support e-mail, we will block your old account and initiate the process of transferring your funds to your new account.
